These Terms of Use govern your use of the HomeFlow mobile application operated by Jessy Berube. By using HomeFlow, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

HomeFlow is a household task management application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for any content you create within the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Premium Subscription

• HomeFlow offers an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription (monthly or annual).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

HomeFlow and its original content are the property of Jessy Berube and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HomeFlow at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

HomeFlow is distributed via Apple's App Store. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple EULA
